We tried to talk it away.

In this episode, Major and Lise are joined by our first #WomensMonth guest, Krystal Bonner of @pfeinc, and the ladies talk Balls and All (Jameis should be silent, Kyrie can't be serious, Baylor's coach sets us all back, and record-breaking at the combine), not speaking ill of the dead, Coachella tickets are now available, Moonlight men showing us their Calvins, Rachel is trans-African, every failure of the justice system for Kalief Browder, and Oprah 2020.

For Let's Talk About It Sis, the ladies discuss the journey of entrepreneurship and the good, bad, and ugly of being a boss.

A certain Norf Nashville pizzeria is burning Lise's biscuits, the privilege in Hidden Figures was too much for Krystal, a special Detroit judge and the brilliance of James Baldwin get our Love Offering. The Merc with the Mouth is in the Geek Corner and a woman climbing ladders and breaking barriers is the GRITS we love.

Let us teach you a thang or two about a thang or two.

In this episode, Major and Lise talk Chris Rock coming back to the game in Nashville, Oscars got *some* color, a special Selena moment in the 615, Tiny is bold, baeless and bless her heart, Mary Tyler Moore was the Oprah of her time, Queen Missy does it better, Major is here for Ciara's new deal, the Williams sisters continue to be dripped in excellence, Mr. Clean is back and Black, Jessica don't talk to Salma, and more.

For Let's Talk About It Sis, we decide to give BET each and every rose for the New Edition Series.

Things get deep when a recently revealed lie doesn't just burn our biscuits but scorches our souls. The ladies offer love to a Memphis vet who is putting Apple on the map. Finally, a surprising fact about the Arthur theme song is Lise's Geek Corner.

This Week's 2 Cents Question: Which group should be in BET's next bio-pic?

What's our late fee?

Major and Lise are back to apply a smooth layer to 2017. This week the ladies talk folks aiming to lose their jobs on New Year's Eve, Mariah Don't Care-y at all, Drake is for everybody, The King of Misogynoir came for our Asian baes, our stories on the silverscreens, and the Golden Globes were bad, boujee and very Black.

For Let's Talk About It Sis, it is so hard to say goodbye to the Obamas...and you can't make us! A inspirational teacher gets our love offering, and Lise is willing to wait for Atlanta to travel to a galaxy far, far away. Major spotlights an aspiring librarian and a Nashville native who we won't let be a Hidden Figure.
